Businesses, properties and their associated risk can vary significantly - for example, a bed & breakfast is typically much smaller and lower risk than a manufacturing environment. Consequently, the amount of time and expertise required to accurately assess the risks present varies.

It is therefore not possible to provide a firm ‘one size fits all’ price for services without compromising on quality and potentially safety.

We appreciate this can be frustrating for customers, so we’ve put together a range of indicative prices for our services (based on single buildings within 20 miles of Tiverton, Devon)

Fire Risk Assessment

  • Residential - no/few common areas, max three storey £150

  • Commercial - simple retail or hospitality environment, max two storey £200

  • Meeting places - village halls, social clubs etc £250

  • Residential - small hotel or bed & breakfast £250

Discounts are available for multiple bookings e.g. property portfolios or neighbouring retail units.

Health and Safety

Prices based on a small retail or hospitality environment:

  • Health and safety policy £400

  • Workplace Risk Assessments £400

  • Health and safety audit (remote) £150

  • Health and safety audit (site based) £300
